A bill is not a benchmark.
See what every facility and every system should cost, not just what it did.
EnergyHub models every facility and every system, so you know what next month’s bill should be, where the gap is coming from, and which upgrades are worth paying for. Energy stops being a number you brace for and becomes one you bring down.

FACILITY ENERGY MODEL
Know what the bill should be before it arrives.
Act Hub builds a model of every facility that predicts electricity use, peak demand, and gas use, and the cost of each. It is built from the equipment on site, the weather, the hours the store runs, and the local utility rate, then calibrated against your own bills. When the bill comes in above the model, you know before anyone opens the invoice, and you know which systems are behind it.
- Electricity, demand and gas, separately. kWh, peak kW, and therms each get their own forecast, because each is billed differently.
- Predicted against actual, every month. The gap between the model and the bill is the number to manage, adjusted for weather and billing days.
- It starts as your Energy Cost Baseline. The model begins in the sales process as your Energy Cost Baseline and becomes a live model once Act Hub Gear is installed.

DIGITAL ENERGY TWINS
The facility model says the site is off. The twins say which system.
Under the facility model, every system gets its own digital energy twin: a weather-normalized model of what it should use. A refrigerant leak or a failing compressor shows up as a gap between expected and actual on that one unit, not as a mystery on next month’s bill.
Expected vs. Actual, Every System

The savings are already in your operating budget.
Pull waste out of the energy and R&M lines you already pay.
ENERGY SAVING OPPORTUNITIES
Two kinds of savings. Both found in your data.
Some savings cost nothing but a change in how equipment runs, and they start the week the data starts. Others need an upgrade, and EnergyHub sizes each one for your site, so capital goes where the data says it will pay back fastest.

LONG-TERM · UPGRADES THE DATA JUSTIFIES
Ranked by what pays back first
Every measure is sized from your site’s own equipment performance data.

DEMAND CHARGES
See the demand charge coming, then stop it from forming.
A demand charge is set by the highest short interval of the month, not by total use. In most stores that peak is a few minutes in the morning when every rooftop unit brings on its second-stage compressor at once. EnergyHub uses high-frequency data to identify the load profile, flags the systems that peak together, and helps stagger start-up so the peak never forms. It costs nothing but timing.

FACILITY ENERGY KPIS
Every site measured the way a facilities leader measures it.
Each location gets the same energy KPIs, a score for every system, and a rank in the portfolio.

WHAT CHANGES ON THE ENERGY LINE
Convert Waste into Margin
The savings are already in your operating budget. EnergyHub turns the energy line from a cost you absorb into a number you bring down. Comparable operators see 10 to 30% energy savings.

ENERGYMGR
Ask EnergyMGR.
EnergyMGR is the Virtual Manager inside EnergyHub. Ask about any bill, store, or system in plain language and get an answer drawn from your facility energy model, your digital energy twins, and your own equipment performance data. It keeps the context of where you are, so you never have to name the store you’re looking at.
