FORESIGHT365 PREDICTIVE INTELLIGENCE

ForeSight365 does the watching. You make the judgment calls.

Everything in FacilityHub runs on continuous system performance monitoring. That means a high-frequency, continuous stream of equipment performance data from every system, not a snapshot taken every so often. ForeSight365 evaluates that stream every minute of the day, comparing how each system is running to its own history and to similar systems that are operating well.

When behavior shifts, ForeSight365 catches it early, traces it to the likely cause, and explains the correction in plain language. Your team decides what happens next.

Scale Team Capability with Intelligence and Simplicity

Your team does not grow. Its capability does. ForeSight365 keeps watch on every location, and FacilityHub brings forward only the ones that changed, each with the next step attached, so operations leaders spend time solving problems, not looking for them. Sort the portfolio by region, area, brand, or equipment class.

PERFORMANCE SCORING

Move from Reactive Operations to Predictive Control

Fixes before failures. ForeSight365 scores every asset continuously against how it should be running, so you see what’s running well, what’s drifting, and what needs action before drift becomes failure.

HVAC systems get three scores

ComfortEnergyOperations

Comfort measures whether the space stays where people need it.

Refrigeration systems get three scores

ThermalEnergyOperations

Thermal measures whether product stays at a safe temperature.

Every system gets three scores. Across a site or a portfolio, that gives you four ways to see performance.

EQUIPMENT KPIS

The numbers a technician would check, for every unit.

Each KPI comes from the continuous stream, not a monthly report. ForeSight365 compares every one to the unit’s own normal and to similar units, and flags the ones that moved.

There is no limit on seats, so your internal and third-party technicians can open the same KPIs, evaluate the fault, and decide on the right technician and tools before a truck rolls.

OVERRIDES AND CONTROL

Make the call from anywhere. Automation picks it back up.

When the store needs something different, like a catering event, a late close, or a holiday schedule, adjust setpoints, mode, occupancy, or schedule from FacilityHub. Overrides expire on schedule or reset with one click, and the system goes back to automatic control.

Overrides that end on their own

Set it until close or until a time you choose. Nothing stays stuck in manual.

ForeSight365 keeps watching

An override does not switch monitoring off. Drift is still caught while the system runs your way.

Common Questions

What teams want to know.

What is management by exception?

Management by exception is an operating model where the platform surfaces only the systems that need attention, with the next step attached, and lets stable systems run in the background. A lean team spends its time on judgment and action instead of watching screens. Unlike a dashboard that shows everything at once, management by exception shows what has changed and what to do about it. Not dashboards. Action.

What is the facilities maturity ladder?

The maturity ladder is the progression a facilities operation makes as it gains data: reactive, then preventive, then predictive, then reliability-centered. It is the vocabulary facilities professionals use to describe how advanced an operation is, and the planned-versus-reactive ratio is the metric that tracks movement up it. Most multi-location operators start reactive; Act Hub is how they climb.

What is FacilityHub?

FacilityHub is the portfolio layer of Act Hub. It scores every location on operations, comfort and energy from equipment performance data, then surfaces only the sites that need attention, with the next step attached. Unlike a reporting tool that shows every site at once and leaves the reading to you, FacilityHub answers a narrower question: which locations changed this week, and what should be done about them. Not dashboards. Action.

How does FacilityHub decide which sites need attention?

Each system is measured every minute against how it should be operating under current conditions, not against a fixed threshold. When behavior drifts from that expectation, such as a compressor cycling more often, a runtime creeping up, or an energy profile separating from its twin, the site surfaces with the change described and the likely cause attached. Stable systems stay in the background. The question the platform answers is “what changed,” not “what is the current reading.”

How many locations can one team cover?

Coverage scales with exceptions rather than with sites, so the limiting factor is how many genuine problems a week a team can act on, not how many locations it owns. Operators running several hundred sites work them with small central teams because the platform removes the search step: nobody reviews locations that are running as designed. Adding sites adds exceptions proportionally, not review work.

How is FacilityHub different from a smart building system?

A smart building system automates one building and is bought as a capital project. FacilityHub manages equipment performance across every building in a portfolio and installs wirelessly in days. The comparison operators actually face is not one against the other, it is a smart building system in a handful of flagship sites versus equipment performance data across all of them. FacilityHub is the option that reaches the whole portfolio.

What does FacilityHub measure at each site?

Three scores per site, built from high-frequency equipment performance data: an Operations Score for whether systems are running as designed, a Comfort/Thermal Score for whether the space is holding condition, and an Energy Score for consumption against the digital energy twin. Each score decomposes to the specific system driving it, so a falling number resolves to a named unit rather than a general concern.

Do we have to change how our teams already work?

No. FacilityHub changes what a team knows before it acts, not the workflow it acts through. Existing service vendors, work-order systems and escalation paths stay in place; what changes is that the work order carries a diagnosis and the outcome is confirmed afterward with equipment performance data. Most operators report the first difference as fewer surprise calls, not a new process.

What does ForeSight365 do in FacilityHub?

ForeSight365 is Actuate’s predictive intelligence engine, and it is what does the watching in FacilityHub. It evaluates the continuous stream of equipment performance data from every system, compares how each one is running to its own history and to similar systems that are operating well, and brings forward only the locations where something has changed, with the likely cause and the next step attached. Your team makes the judgment calls. For the full definition, see “What is ForeSight365?” on the Act Hub page.

Does FacilityHub monitor continuously, or take snapshots?

Continuously. FacilityHub runs on continuous system performance monitoring: a high-frequency, continuous stream of equipment performance data that ForeSight365 evaluates every minute of the day. Many monitoring systems capture occasional snapshots, often every 5, 10, or 15 minutes, which can miss short cycling, runtime creep, and slow degradation between readings.

What do the Thermal, Comfort, Energy, and Operations scores measure?

Act Hub scores every system from 0 to 100 on how it is actually performing. Comfort, for HVAC, measures how closely and consistently the system holds the space at the conditions people need. Thermal, for refrigeration, measures whether a walk-in or reach-in holds product at a safe temperature, including how well it recovers after door openings and defrost. Energy measures what the system uses against what its digital energy twin says it should use under the same weather and operating hours. Operations combines the Comfort or Thermal score and the Energy score with the system’s work order history and how often it fails, so it works as the system’s condition score. HVAC systems get Comfort, Energy, and Operations; refrigeration systems get Thermal, Energy, and Operations. Each score band carries a color and a priority: 90 to 100 is green, low priority (good); 80 to 89 is yellow, medium; 70 to 79 is orange, high; and under 70 is red, critical.

What is FacilityMGR?

FacilityMGR is the Virtual Manager inside FacilityHub. Anyone on your team with access can ask it about your locations in plain language, such as which stores need attention today or how a unit has performed since its last service, and get an answer drawn from your own equipment performance data and work order history. FacilityMGR keeps track of where you are in FacilityHub, so a question asked while viewing a store is answered for that store. Work order assignments and notes on field findings live in FacilityMGR, so everyone working an issue sees the same record. For a lean team without a dedicated facilities role, FacilityMGR adds facilities-level expertise without adding headcount. For organizations with facility technicians and leaders, it lets the same team manage more locations with less time and effort. FacilityMGR learns your systems, your people, and their level of expertise, so no one needs to be a data or HVACR expert to use it.
