Our mission
Affordable building intelligence was never built for buildings the size of a restaurant, a dealership, or a senior living community, so the operators who run them have always managed facilities by reaction. Actuate exists to change that. We give multi-location operators the intelligence to run HVAC and refrigeration predictively, so every building in the portfolio runs as well as the best one, at a cost they can predict.
OUR HISTORY
We started inside these buildings.
Before there was a platform, there were kitchens, walk-ins, rooftops, and back offices. Years of work alongside multi-site operators taught us how these buildings actually run, what breaks first, and what nobody has time to chase. Act Hub is built on what we saw.

Energy analytics and the first beta sites. Allison earns IPMVP certification, so savings are measured and verified, not estimated.
Nothing on the market fit buildings this size at a price that worked, so we start building our own.
We rebrand as Actuate. The first client portfolio goes live on what becomes Act Hub.
A machine learning engineer joins the team, and the work behind ForeSight365 begins in earnest.
